Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist Level 2 to provide expertise in drafting and finalizing training documentation, delivering classroom support, and presenting training materials to a large audience. As a Training Specialist, you will also provide guidance to junior contractor personnel involved in systems and equipment training. Your responsibilities will include analyzing training problems, identifying training needs, designing and developing training programs, and conducting training sessions. Additionally, you will evaluate training outcomes, gather feedback from students and customers, and make revisions to training materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in operational scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
- Brief military and agency personnel while effectively conveying operational concepts.
- Develop and enhance training plans and curriculum based on feedback received.
- Perform inspections of training programs and personnel to ensure compliance with Government policy.
- Draft and finalize training documentation, provide classroom support, and deliver training materials to a large audience.
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of a common SIGINT collection management training partnership between the NSA/OCMC and the Combatant Commands (COCOM) to optimize SIGINT collection operations in support of Combatant Commands and partners.

Requirements:
- Minimum of nine (9) years of experience in electrical engineering or computer science, demonstrating a working knowledge of basic electronics, SIGINT systems, and computer systems. Experience should include designing and developing instructor-led and/or web-based training courses, as well as creating associated materials such as slides, diagrams, student guides, practical activities, and assessments.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with VHF, UHF, RF theory, radio wave propagation and characteristics, and radio equipment and antennas.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with wireless communication technologies such as GSM, CDMA2000, UMTS, LTE, and WiFi.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or a similar degree.
- Alternatively, an equivalent combination of four years of documented training and experience may be considered.
